SWISS DIP 
4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. flour
3 cups dry white wine
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
ground nutmeg, to taste
2 tbsp. Kirsch or brandy

In a medium bowl, mix cheese with flour, set aside. Place wine in a deep microwave dish and microwave on high just until the wine begins to bubble. Remove from microwave oven and stir in cheese, a small amount at a time, stirring well after each addition, until all the cheese is used and cheese is soft. Return the mixture to the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is thickened and bubbling. Stir in mustard, nutmeg and kirsch or brandy. Serve warm.

Makes about 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
