COCOA PUDDING CAKE | |
1 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. skim milk 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. vanilla Nonstick vegetable spray Sift together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix by hand until smooth. Bake in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. TOPPING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. cocoa powder 1 3/4 c. hot water Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and water, pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 253 calories, 0 cholesterol, 1 g dietary fiber, 4 g fat, 234 mg sodium. |
