WILD THING'S RAINFOREST
CHEESEBALL

1/2 of a large green pepper from the tropical rainforest, finely chopped
1/2 c. crushed Hawaiian pineapple from the Earth's last lowland tropical rainforest, well-drained
1 tsp. seasoned salt (or more to taste)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
Chopped pecans

Use cream cheese to bind together the first 3 ingredients as we are bound to the Earth. Stir well. Sprinkle some chopped pecans onto center of each of two sheets of plastic wrap. Spoon cheese mixture onto each nut strewn piece of plastic wrap, dividing mixture equally so you will have 2 cheeseballs. As you are spooning the mixture, mound it and mold it until it resembles planet Earth. Sprinkle some more chopped pecans over the sides and top(s) of each cheeseball. Gather plastic wrap up around them and secure. Transfer to a small plate and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers and inspiration.
