RADISH BUTTER | |
1/4 c. fresh parsley, packed 1 med. clove garlic 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard 1/2 c. grated red radishes 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 3-4 drops red pepper sauce Combine parsley and garlic in food processor until finely minced. Add butter and mustard, process until smooth. Transfer mixture to bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into a log or any shape you desire. Refrigerate 1-2 days before using. |
