FISH IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. frozen fish fillets
Butter
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, minced
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix sauce made of last 6 ingredients. Separate and lay fish fillets in shallow greased baking pan, dot with butter and bake 5 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Cover with sauce and bake 7 minutes longer. Serves 4.
