MICROWAVE ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD 
Grease and sprinkle 2 microwave glass loaf pans with yellow cornmeal.

5 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. yeast

Mix and set aside flour, sugar, salt, and soda. Heat milk and water until body temperature. Dissolve 1 package yeast in liquid. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir well. Divide into 2 pans. Sprinkle top with cornmeal generously. Let rise 45 minutes in oven over large pan of hot tap water.

Microwave 6 1/2 minutes, one loaf at a time. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Store in Ziploc bag when cool. Toast to eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
