CHEDDAR QUICHE 
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 or more bacon slices, fried and crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
9 inch unbaked pastry shell

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk, bacon and season. Mix well. Stir in cheese and flour. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until set. Garnish with parsley and pimento strips if desired. Serves 6-8.
