BEST EVER PEACH COBBLER | |
3-4 c. peaches 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. tapioca 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 to 1 c. water or milk 3/4 tsp. cinnamon Put sliced peaches into 2-quart (9x13 inch) casserole pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and tapioca, sugar, and mix together. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches. Mix the biscuit mix with water or milk. Don't make it too thick. Add to peaches: 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. butter Mix ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Then spoon it over the biscuit mix and peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. |
