MELON DAIQUIRI SLUSH 
1 1/2 c. cubed honeydew or cantaloupe melon
1/2 of 6 oz. can (1/3 c.) frozen limeade or lemon concentrate
2/3 c. light rum
1/3 c. melon liqueur or orange liqueur
3 c. ice cubes
Melon balls (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)

In blender container, combine cubed melon with juice concentrate, rum, and liqueur. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time through hole opening in lid. (If mixture becomes too thick, add a little water.) Pour into stemmed glasses. If desired, garnish with melon.
