1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. shredded carrots
2/3 c. quick oats
1/4 c. catsup
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix well all ingredients, form into wreath and place in greased microwave dish. Bake in microwave 9 to 10 minutes on medium high.
