1 head shredded lettuce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 head cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen peas (unthawed)
1 sm. jar chopped pimiento, drained
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise, mixed with 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
Bacon bits

Layer in order in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Let it set in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Toss at the last minute.

Mom said that the directions say cheese and bacon are put on after the dressing mix, but she puts them on before it.
