LASAGNA 
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. box lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
Cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, shredded (optional)

Make basic spaghetti sauce using above ingredients except for cheese and noodles. Slow cook sauce while noodles are cooking. Brown ground beef, onions and bell peppers together. When sauce has simmered to taste, layer sauce first and add cheeses. Continue layering cheese and sauce until cheese is the last layer. Bake in hot 400 degree oven until cheese is brown and bubbly.
