CANTALOUPE DRESSING 
1 c. cantaloupe
1/2 c. low fat vanilla yogurt
4 tsp. white vinegar

Cut 1 cup cantaloupe into cubes. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill; serve over fruit salad.

NOTE: For a tangier dressing, use 1/2 cup kiwi fruit instead of cantaloupe. Cut 1 kiwi fruit in half and scoop out fruit with a spoon. Then blend thoroughly with other ingredients. Serve immediately.

For a thicker dressing, substitute pear for cantaloupe.
