CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Also will need:

1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. chicken broth
Sliced onions
Pepper (green, red, yellow)
8-12 soft flour tortillas

Combine marinade ingredients, pour over chicken breast in a bowl. Marinate 1-6 hours. Remove chicken, reserve marinade, grill chicken for approximately 15-20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, heat marinade and broth in an iron skillet, and quick fry onions and peppers. Slice chicken breast and add to skillet, toss and serve with warmed tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado.

TIP: Wrap tortillas with damp cloth inside of foil and heat 10 minutes.
