AFRICAN SOUP 
Chicken
2 cans tomatoes
Salt and pepper
2 med. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Cooked rice

Cook chicken, then tear into small pieces. Add onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper to the chicken pieces. Heat through about 15 minutes over medium heat. Add peanut butter and cook a little longer, until all ingredients are combined. Serve over rice or add rice shortly after the peanut butter. A friend was taught this while in Africa, hence the name.
