CHICKEN BISCUIT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. sliced stuffed olives
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 c. Bisquick

Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Add remaining ingredients except the mix; heat.

Pour into 8 x 1 1/2 inch round casserole. Prepare Bisquick according to directions, rolling to a little less than 1/2 inch. Cut in 1 1/2 inch rounds. Place on hot chicken. (I always put the chicken in the oven to be sure it is boiling when the biscuits are put on.) Bake in a very hot oven 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
