STUFFING FOR TURKEY 
1 1/2 loaves seasoned bread
1 lg. onion
2 c. celery, diced
1 lb. or more sausage
1/2 lb. or more sharp cheese cubes
2 eggs, whipped
1/2 lg. can chicken broth
1 tsp. sage (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder

Break up bread and lay out to dry. Fry sausage and saute onion and celery in a little sausage grease. Add all together with salt to taste. Refrigerate overnight then add 1 teaspoon baking powder, just before stuffing turkey or baking in casserole (1 hour).
