BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs, well beaten
6 oz. or 3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients except corn muffin mix, adding it last. Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
