CORNBREAD WITH BROCCOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
4 eggs, beaten
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to package and drain thoroughly. Beat eggs lightly. Combine eggs, broccoli, cottage cheese and salt. Add corn muffin mix and melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
