BOTTOM LAYER:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. softened butter
1 egg

TOPPING:

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 c. Bits-O-Brickle
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, egg and softened butter together until crumbly. Mix sweetened condensed milk with the eggs and vanilla. Beat well and add Bits-O-Brickle and nuts. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before cutting.
