4 bananas (no brown spots on them) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 3 cups sugar 3 tbsp. unsweetened coconut 3 tbsp. lemon juice In a saucepan, add bananas that have been peeled and sliced thin. Pour in crushed pineapple. Add 3 cups sugar, coconut and lemon juice. Cook to a boil, then simmer about 20 minutes until consistency of pudding. 😋 This will last in refrigerator for about 6 weeks otherwise can it. Makes 4 pints. Submitted by: Marlys Dotseth |
