1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 oz. red food coloring
3 eggs

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick soft butter
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees until done.

Icing: Mix together and spread between layers.
