MYRTLE'S BROCCOLI HOTDISH 
1 c. cream or milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. minute rice
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced

Stir together and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
