1 pkg. frozen Market Day cooked and diced chicken, defrosted
1 pkg. (largest size) UNCLE BEN'S® combination white and wild rice (6 1/4 oz.)
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans French style green beans, drained
2 cans water chestnuts, drained (the sliced ones)
1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes covered at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
