CHEESE AND BACON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mayonnaise
15 (6 inch) crepes
Melted butter
Fine dry bread crumbs

Combine and mix cheese, bacon, onion, mustard, Worcestershire and mayonnaise. Place approximately 3 tablespoons cheese mixture on each crepe; roll up and chill.

Just before serving, brush all sides of rolls with melted butter; roll in bread crumbs. Place on broiler grid; broil under gas flame until bubbly. Cut each roll crosswise into 4 pieces. Serve hot. Makes 60 appetizers.
