PUMPKIN DATE BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped

Combine flour, sugar, salt and spices. Add pumpkin, oil, eggs and water. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts and dates. Pour batter into 3 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
