“CARROT & ZUCCHINI SLAW” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CHERRY TOMATO SALAD

CARROT & ZUCCHINI SLAW 
2 large carrots, trimmed
1 small zucchini, trimmed
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Pare carrot, if desired; shred coarsely in food processor or by hand; place in medium bowl. Cut zucchini into small chunks; add to shredded carrot in bowl. Combine orange juice, honey, oil, and celery seed in small cup, pour over vegetables. Toss gently till well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors before serving.

Makes 4 servings, 65 calories each.
