FROZEN YOGURT PIE 
(A quick, attractive, fix-ahead dessert featuring low-fat yogurt).

2 (8 oz.) containers fruit-flavored yogurt
1 (9 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust

Fold yogurt into whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust, then freeze until firm (4 hours or overnight). Move to refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.
