E-Z-CORN PUDDING 
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 can evaporated milk
Butter

Use 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add eggs, corn and milk. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Start checking pudding at 45 minutes, do not over cook. Knife should come out clean. The amount of time it will take to cook depends on the depth of your dish.
