HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. smoked ham
1 lb. fresh lean pork
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
No salt or pepper

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. boiling water

Grind together ham and pork. Sprinkle ground cloves over the loaf. Pour sauce over loaf when put in oven, but, do not start basting until it begins to thicken. Then baste frequently. Do not cover with lid. Bake in oven at 325 to 350 degrees about 2 hours.
