COCOA FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. Softasilk cake flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt cake pan, 13 x 9 oblong pan, or two 8 or 9-inch round cake pans. Measure all ingredients except confectioners' sugar into large mixer bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping the bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan(s). Bake bundt 40 - 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
