STOVE POT POTPOURRI 
8 cinnamon sticks
4 whole nutmegs
2 tbsp. whole allspice
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel (from a jar)

Mix all ingredients. Store airtight at room temperature. To use: Add about 3 tablespoons of the Potpourri to 2 cups simmering water in a small saucepan over low heat. Fragrance lasts about 2 hours. Add more water if needed. Makes 3/4 cup Potpourri.
