HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. pecans, chopped
16 tbsp. butter, softened
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. cocoa

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs and other ingredients, except marshmallows. Put into a greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan; bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Add marshmallows and put back in oven 5 minutes to melt.

Icing:

4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. butter
1 box powdered sugar
9 tbsp. evaporated milk

Mix and spread on cooled cake over the top of the marshmallows.
