STUFFED ZUCCHINI
1 1/4 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. white rice
1/4 c. butter
10-12 (4-5 inch) zucchini
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
5 (4 oz.) tomato sauce

Soak rice 30 minutes in water. Mix butter into rice and add a little salt and pepper. Mix rice with uncooked hamburger meat. Carve out zucchinis middle as thin as possible. Now, take your rice and hamburger mixture and stuff about 1/3 full in the zucchini. Place the zucchini in a large pot.

Mix your tomato sauce and water 50/50. Add the remaining salt and pepper. Pour sauce over zucchini and cook on top of stove, slightly boiling for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Then dish up and serve. Best eaten with pita bread.
