4 chicken breasts, skin removed
12 oz. V-8 juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco

Brown chicken breast in fry pan. Add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Add V-8 juice and Tabasco. Cook 30 minutes until tender. 4 servings 133 calories per serving.
