3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
7 lg. apples, sliced
Cinnamon and sugar mix

1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar

Stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread over greased cookie sheet pan (large), it just about covers it. Stand up sliced apples in dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix to your taste. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until apples are done.

Beat 2 eggs slightly. Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix well, then spoon over top of baked cake and bake 15 minutes longer.
