LIVER PATE 
1 lb. liverwurst
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine and beat until smooth. Mound on serving plate and chill 2 hours and then frost.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Beat until smooth then frost liver pate. Decorate with pimiento and parsley and serve with Ritz crackers.
