MOCHA MOUSSE 
1 tub (12 oz.) Le Creme, softened
2 tbsp. each: instant chocolate pudding, powdered unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. Mexican vanilla flavoring
Instant coffee
Cold brewed coffee

Mix instant pudding, cocoa, coffees and vanilla and fold into Le Creme. Mix well to obtain smooth consistency. Pour into 8 dessert glasses and chill about 3 hours before serving. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and nuts.
