INDIAN SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. chutney
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

GREENS:

10 oz. fresh spinach
1 1/2 c. chopped, unpared apples
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
2 tbsp. finely sliced green onions

In jar, combine dressing ingredients. Cover and chill. At serving time, toss with greens. Serves 6-8.
