SHRIMP CHOWDER 
1 1/2 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. onions, chopped
2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. corn, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 c. (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese, grated
2 c. sm. shrimp

Boil water, adding chicken cubes. Prepare fresh vegetables and add to hot broth, cooking until tender. Mix flour who small amount of water until smooth, then add it along with corn, pepper and milk to hot mixture. Stir in grated cheese. After it has melted, rinse shrimp, and add to soup.

DO NOT LET soup boil or milk will curdle! Keep on low or medium heat while cooking.
