CHEESE STRATA 
8 slices sourdough bread (without crusts)
1/2 lb. sausage (cooked, drained)
3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs, beat well
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Grease 1-quart casserole. Layer bread cubes, sausage, cheese, bread cubes, cheese, bread cubes, cheese. Stir eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together. Pour over layers.

Refrigerate overnight. Remove one hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Do not allow to dry out. Bake in a pan of water.
