CHILE CON CARNE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. can kidney beans

Brown ground chuck then add onion and garlic until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes, sauce and paste. Add one can of water from sauce, add beans and chili powder and salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 4 hours. Serve with yellow cornbread if desired.
