SCALLOPED POTATOES 
20 lb. potaotes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lg. cans mushroom soup, 52 oz. size
2 c. celery, diced fine
8 c. milk (warmed)
Salt and pepper to taste
10 lb. diced ham

Par boil potatoes in salt water, drain and rinse well with hot water. Put in well greased roaster. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
