1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

Beat oil and eggs together and add to cake mix. Beat 4 minutes. Add mandarin oranges and juice. Mix by hand. Pour into three 8-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-20 minutes and cool.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 family size pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice

Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
