FLUFFY TAPIOCA PUDDING | |
3 tbsp. tapioca 3 tbsp. sugar 1 egg yolk Dash of salt 2 c. milk 1 egg white 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix in pan and let stand 5 minutes (first 5 ingredients). Beat egg white until foamy gradually adding 2 tablespoons sugar. Beat to soft peaks. Cook tapioca mixture to a full boil stirring constantly. Add to beaten egg white. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold, 5 (1/2 cup) servings. 150 calories each. |
