EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. biscuit mix
4 slices American cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Place chicken in the bottom of the pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour over chicken. Bake 25 minutes. Cut cheese into triangles and arrange on pie. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
