1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
7 tbsp. flour or 1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 15 minutes or more with mixer. Mix flour and milk as you would for gravy.
