COCOA CREAM FUDGIES 
BROWNIES:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together. Add: 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Beat for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Spread in a greased large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FUDGE TOPPING:

12 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Cook over low heat until smooth and melted. Add 3 cups confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cooled brownies. Fudge will be stiff.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Beat for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on fudge layer. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Cut into 1"x2" bars. Best stored in the cookie sheet covered with Saran Wrap.
