CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chili sauce

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry for 9-inch pie. In skillet cook and stir meat until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; leave out 1/2 cup tomato sauce and chili sauce. Spread cheese sauce over top; bake 30 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix well.
