CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. whole cranberries, washed
1 navel orange, unpeeled and quartered
1 apple, cored and quartered
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Coarsely chop cranberries in blender, 1/2 cup at a time. Place chopped berries in bowl. Chop orange and apple in blender; add to cranberries. Stir in sugar and spices. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve cold with roasted poultry. Serves 12.
